Simply There - Client Agreement

Effective Date: Effective on the Date of the Customer’s Booking

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of services provided by Simply There ("Service Provider"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Simply There offers companionship services designed to provide a supportive and non-judgmental presence. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting for coffee, meals, or quiet social interaction.
  • Attending events, galleries, or public outings together.
  • Accompanying clients for walks or general companionship in public spaces.

Limitations:

  • Services are strictly platonic; no romantic or intimate interactions are permitted.
  • No legal, medical, or financial advice will be provided.
  • No errands, physical labour, or domestic work will be performed.
  • Meetings will only take place in agreed-upon, safe, and public locations.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be made in advance through Simply There’s official booking system.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of booking through the designated payment provider (”Stripe”).
  • Service fees will be clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change.
  • Any additional time requested must be agreed upon and paid for in advance.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be non-refundable.
  • Service Provider Cancellations:
    • If Simply There must cancel a booking, the Client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Both parties will treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times.
  • Simply There reserves the right to end a session immediately without refund if the Client engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour.
  • If either party feels uncomfortable, they may terminate the session early; however, refunds will be at the discretion of Simply There.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Simply There respects client privacy. Any personal information shared during the service will remain strictly confidential.
  • No recording, photography, or disclosure of personal details is permitted without mutual consent.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Simply There provides companionship services only and is not responsible for any personal, emotional, or financial outcomes related to the service.
  • Simply There is not liable for any incidents that occur during or after the service, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damages.
  • Clients participate in the service at their own risk.

7. Modification of Terms

Simply There reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
